At Gold Nugget, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all our customers. Please review the following shipping policy to understand our shipping process and what you can expect when placing an order with us.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and sent to USPS or UPS within 1-2 business days after payment has been approved.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak periods such as holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. 

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited shipping.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, shipping method selected, and total order weight.

  • For shipments valued over $100, consider declaring the higher value and purchasing additional coverage to ensure full protection.

3. Delivery Options

 

  • USPS:
    • Ground Advantage (2-5 business days, tracking + $100 insurance)
    • Priority Mail (1-3 business days, tracking + $100 insurance)
    • Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days, tracking + $100 insurance)

       

  • UPS:
    • Ground (1-5 business days, tracking + $100 insurance)
    • Next Day Air® (1 business day, tracking + $100 insurance)
    • 2nd Day Air® (2 business days, tracking + $100 insurance)

 

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most locations within the United States.

  • Certain items may have restrictions based on destination-specific laws and regulations.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Gold Nugget is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit but will work with you to resolve any issues. 

7. Changes to Shipping Address

  • Changes to the shipping address must be made before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address. Gold Nugget is not responsible for the package after this point.

8. Delays

  • Gold Nugget is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control but will work to help resolve any shipping issues.
