Return and Refund Policy

Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

  • Gold Nugget will accept approved returns. To be eligible, customers must provide proof of purchase with a name, order number, and associated tracking number. 

  • To initiate a return, customers must submit a request through our contact page. The request must include your name, tracking number, the reason for the return, and if applicable, photos of the items condition. Returns submitted without this information may not be accepted.

  • Once we have recieved and reviewed the return request, we will contact you to confirm whether the return has been approved. If approved, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase date. 
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Gold Nugget does not cover shipping fees for returned items.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on opened products such as booster packs, opened mystery bags, or opened boxes. All sealed products must remain sealed for return eligibility.

2. Refunds

  • Gold Nugget will only consider a refund on orders with a name, order number, tracking number, and reason for the return. First Class Mail is not eligible for returns.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process. In some cases, the refund may appear as a reversal, removing the original charge from your bank statement instead of issuing a separate credit.

3. Damaged or Lost Items

  • Gold Nugget is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit but will do what we can to help resolve any issues.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Once shipped, the return policy will apply.
